Summer vacation is upon us and that means finding activities for your children. There are a lot of outdoor activities that do not cost any money. It would be great for your child to put their electronics away for a period of time everyday and enjoy the outdoors. Here are a few suggestions:

- Back yard camping
- Hiking in the woods

Rainbows Group
RAINBOWS is a weekly support group for students who are living in single parent families, stepfamilies, or families that are going through painful transitions such as a divorce or a death in the family. If your child is part of a single parent family, a stepfamily, has experienced the death of a loved family member, friend or sibling, or is struggling with a painful experience, this will be an opportunity for him/her to share with someone on the outside, what is happening on the inside.
